My experience has been wonderful. They give me physical therapy, speech therapy and are very supportive. They keep you engaged in activities and are very helpful. I am getting better everyday and would recommend Victoria Gardens to anyone who needs rehabilitation or assisted living. Thanks for your kindness to the entire team. Mike Proctor 😎

Best place ever..The staff is great in every regards. The nursing team is caring, have extensive woundcare program. Therapy team is fantastic! The facility is super clean and well taken care of. Lots of exciting activities programs that keep the residents engaged, active and happy all day.

Victoria Gardens accepted my mother as a patient, and she was transferred to their facility Saturday February 17th after being in the hospital about a month and a half. When I arrived to visit my mom, the smell overwhelmed me as I waited at the nurse's desk 10 minute while the staff was scrolling on their phones before acknowledging me and telling me what room she was in. On Tuesday February 17th my mom called me in tears stating she didn't like it there. Come to find out at 4am in the morning the staff woke her up saying they were going to change her colostomy bag but didn't. Multiple staff members came to look at it and then proceeded to complain in front of my mother that they weren't and didn't like to change them. About 8am they finally changed it after asking my mom if she brought the supplies with her to change it! (you accepted the patient but asking for supplies, really?) I went immediately to the facility and spoke with Carmen the nurse director and expressed my concerns, but I felt as if I was talking with a wall. I then spoke with the hospital liaison and submitted a complaint. As I was getting to my mother room she was getting back from PT and needed to be transferred

Horrible experience with this nursing home. I don’t even know where to start. From medicine being given properly, cleanliness of my dad and the room, toilets not working for weeks, debiting more money from his account than authorized and never reimbursing, not calling back, not answering phones and then sending my dad to the ER so they don’t have to deal with him anymore. Even the ER told me this is something they do regularly. Look else where for you loved ones care.

If you wanna step in a skilled nursing facility that does memory care right ....stop by Victoria Gardens, Frisco! Marquita the Admissions Director will show you around ! This building intakes in the special needs of those with dementia! Bravo!!!!👏👏👏👏👏
